Fascia, Soffit & Guttering

In February 2007 we introduced FloPlast building products to our stock range. Available from both branches for collection or delivery, we keep a comprehensive range of PVC-UE roofline products and rainwater systems.

White replacement and cover fascia is available from stock in widths up to 454mm, and multipurpose flat soffit in widths up to 600mm. Bullnose fascia for flush fitting applications against brickwork or timber is available in widths up to 400mm.

With roofline ventilation a key issue in both new house building and refurbishment work, we now stock a wide range of white ventilated soffit boards and retro-fit disc soffit vents.

White hollow soffit, 150mm shiplap cladding and a comprehensive range of roofline trims, mouldings and fixings complete our current PVC-UE stock.

A full range of over fascia ventilation and eave protection systems are also available from both branches, so fascia work can be professionally completed.

White ogee fascia and woodgrain effect fascia, soffit and cladding whilst not currently available from stock, can be ordered in to your requirements.

Most FloPlast rainwater systems come with a 10 year performance and colour guarantee. We currently hold stock of the full range of 112mm half round guttering in all colours and cast iron effect in black.

Square-Line guttering in black and white is also available from stock, along with black hi-cap guttering for fast dispersal of rainwater from large roof areas. The full range of FloPlast rainwater systems including Niagra, Miniflo, Xtraflo and Aquafoil woodgrain style are available to order. Our range of stock is continually expanding so please check for availability of new products.

If you're looking for a more traditional rainwater system to compliment existing guttering or to suit a more periodic property, we can supply genuine cast iron, aluminium and galvanised steel guttering to order.

With specifically designed carrying cradles , we can offer prompt and secure delivery of your fascia, soffit and guttering requirements.
